Your free trip renews on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused free trips do not roll over. Purchased trips stay in your account until you use them.
Each AI trip covers one destination and date range, up to 21 planning days, and includes 5 refinements. One refinement changes up to 3 selected days. Longer plans are built in smaller batches for useful detail. Manual editing and importing JSON plans do not use a trip credit.

Refunds and billing help
For a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge or a problem with a purchase, open Settings → Help and support in Clareiti. Include the purchase date and receipt reference, never your card details. Refund requests are reviewed against the payment and unused allowance. Any refund rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

What counts as a trip?
Your allowance is used when you first ask Clare to research or build a new trip. You can return to that same destination and dates without paying for a second trip. Moving the trip to a different destination or travel dates starts a new AI trip. Your saved itinerary remains available to edit manually.
To keep the service affordable, AI requests also have daily and per-trip limits. Failed generation does not replace your existing itinerary. A failed refinement is returned to your allowance; a lost connection can be checked using the same request.
