Using Clareiti

Your account and content

Keep control of the email or sign-in provider associated with your account. You retain ownership of your content. You permit Clareiti and its service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you use, honour your sharing choices and operate the service.

Permitted use

Use Clareiti for lawful travel planning and related memories. Do not upload identity documents, payment-card details or account credentials. Do not use the service to distribute illegal content, harass others, infringe their rights, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Do not include another person’s private information without an appropriate basis.

We may restrict content or accounts to address credible abuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Reviews must follow the access and privacy practices described in our privacy notice.

Planning and sharing

Clare’s suggestions can be inaccurate. Verify opening hours, routes, prices, entry requirements and bookings with the relevant provider. Sharing a card sends a copy to the destination you choose. You are responsible for reviewing what it includes before sharing.

Planning allowance and payments

The free monthly allowance does not accumulate. Purchased allowance and included refinement limits are shown on the Pricing page. Requests also have daily and per-trip limits. Research or generation begins using a new trip allowance when accepted by the service; manual edits remain available. Payments are handled through secure checkout. Clareiti’s code and branding

Clareiti’s original application code, branding and editorial material are protected by intellectual property rights. Using the service does not grant permission to copy or redistribute the application, impersonate Clareiti, or reproduce its protected material without written permission, except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of your content. You may use the itinerary copying, adaptation, export, printing and sharing features offered by Clareiti. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Support and service changes

We may update Clareiti’s features and these terms. Keep an export of important trips, and report problems through Help & support. These rules do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Sharing a public itinerary

Only publish content you have permission to share. By publishing on Explore, you allow Clareiti to display that public copy and other users to copy and adapt it for their own trip planning. Your private trip is not published. Review names, places and descriptions before publishing, and leave out personal information. You can unpublish at any time, but previously saved independent copies and printouts cannot be recalled. Public itineraries include Clareiti Guides and traveller contributions. Confirm current prices, opening hours, accessibility and transport before relying on them.
